The information provided by AlexTech.ai Chatbot, the virtual assistant of AlexTech.ai, is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered professional, technical, legal, medical, or financial advice. While the system is designed to provide useful and accurate answers, it is possible that the information offered may be inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect.
Users are responsible for verifying any information obtained through the chatbot with primary sources and should consult qualified professionals for relevant decisions.
Limitation of Liability
AlexTech.ai is not responsible for any damages or losses, direct or indirect, arising from the use of information provided by the chatbot, including but not limited to damages for data loss, business interruption, or decisions based on generated content. Use of the chatbot is at the user's sole risk.
The site does not guarantee that the answers are always up-to-date, complete, or error-free. AI-generated content is subject to supervision, editing, and verification by the site operator, but such control cannot guarantee the absence of inaccuracies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The chatbot is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
Scope of Use
The chatbot is designed to assist with questions related to content published on AlexTech.ai (blog, news, insights on technology, cybersecurity, and AI). It should not be used for critical issues or decisions requiring a high degree of accuracy, nor for regulated purposes.
The user agrees not to use the chatbot for unlawful purposes, to upload harmful content, to attempt to extract information about the system's internal workings, or to violate the rights of third parties.
The service scope is limited to the site's content: unrelated questions (current time and date, weather and forecasts, real-time data, general knowledge, recipes, code writing) get no answer and the system refuses them explicitly. No real-time data is ever provided, be it time, weather or scores: the chatbot has no access to such information and does not estimate it.
Personal Data and Privacy
During the use of the chatbot, the IP address and the message content are processed without asking for consent, on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to make the service work, keep it secure and check its quality: purposes, legal bases and retention periods are set out in the dedicated notice. Artificial Intelligence and Supervision
AlexTech.ai Chatbot uses large language models (LLMs) provided by third parties: the model is OpenAI's, reached through the OpenRouter routing service. Prompts submitted to the chatbot are processed by such providers; the generated responses are subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of use. The model in use may change over time without this document changing beyond the publication date.
The site operator applies moderation and supervision measures to generated content but cannot guarantee complete control over every automated output. For the full statement on AI use on this site, please refer to the general Legal Notices.
Service Modifications
AlexTech.ai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently or temporarily discontinue the chatbot service without notice. The company will not be liable to users or third parties for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of the service.

Jurisdiction
The use of the chatbot is governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from the use of the chatbot will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Italy.
