Who does what

  • AI writes. All news text is generated by artificial intelligence models. We never sign articles with the names of journalists who did not write them.
  • A person curates. The curator, Alessandro Del Rosso, chooses which stories to cover, supervises the system and corrects its behaviour when it gets things wrong.
  • Sources stay front and center. Every article links the outlets and documents it comes from: you can always trace back to the original.

How a story is made

  1. Monitoring

Three times a day, automated systems collect updates from tech publication feeds, search engines, Hacker News, Reddit, Hugging Face, GitHub and Bluesky.

  2. Selection

An AI model assesses each item and discards what is not news (guides, reviews, promotions, niche content). Among the rest, the curator decides which stories to cover.

  3. Source gathering

For each chosen story, the system looks for other outlets covering it, primary sources (announcements, documents, repositories) and the articles AlexTech.ai has already published on the same topic.

  4. Writing

An AI model writes the article in Italian and English, synthesizing the sources into a single piece and linking it to the archive context. Automated checks verify language, length, links and consistency between the two versions.

  5. Publication

Every article carries the AI-generated content disclosure, the list of sources actually used with their original links and, where available, background from our archive.

Why multi-source synthesis

A single outlet tells a story from its own angle. By cross-referencing several sources, and connecting the story to what happened before, we aim to give a fuller picture in less reading time. The “Synthesis of N sources” line at the top of each article shows how many sources were used and which archive articles provide the background.

Limits we disclose

  • We do no field reporting or interviews: we work exclusively from public sources.
  • AI can make mistakes: misread a figure, oversimplify, attribute a claim to the wrong source. That is why sources are always linked.
  • Older stories based on a single source, produced by the first version of the system, remain online but are excluded from search engine indexing.

Images and audio

Cover images are either AI-generated or third-party images with credits. The Listen feature reads articles aloud with your browser or device's synthetic voice: we do not produce any audio files.

Errors and corrections

If you spot an error, contact us with the article: we check it and, if confirmed, correct it. Significant corrections are logged in the legal notices. Commercial partnerships, if any, are always labelled: no sponsored content disguised as news.
