Doogee previewed the Note60 W at the 140th Canton Fair in Guangzhou, a wide-screen phone that closely resembles the Huawei Pura X View. The phone is on show in Hall 20.2, at booths G59 to G64.
The display measures 6.38 inches with a 90Hz refresh rate and, judging by the renders, appears to use the same 5:3 aspect ratio as the Huawei model. Doogee has not yet confirmed the panel type or resolution, though an LCD is expected. The phone is 8.4 mm thick, has a 6,500mAh battery and will ship with Android 17.

A launch poster almost identical to Huawei's
The most curious detail concerns the promotional image. According to Notebookcheck, Doogee's poster follows Huawei's official Pura X View artwork almost shot for shot: a red phone held in two hands, back on the left and front on the right, with a horizontal racetrack-shaped camera module, three lenses and a flash, a striped rear texture and a red orb wallpaper.
The differences are visible up close. The Note60 W has a noticeably thicker bottom bezel, while the Pura X View has uniform bezels on all four sides. The Huawei lock screen also shows the stacked HarmonyOS clock, which is absent from Doogee's render. Doogee has not said the design is a copy, but the visual resemblance is clear.
Price and availability
Doogee has not announced the chipset, memory, cameras, price or exact availability, though the phone should arrive within the coming month. The Pura X View starts at 6,000 yuan (about $900), suggesting the Note60 W will sit in a much cheaper bracket, likely mid-range or entry-level. For context, Doogee's Note59 Pro+, with a 720p+ display and Unisoc T8200 chip, offers a sense of what to expect.
The Pura X View, launched by Huawei in September, carries a 7,000mAh battery and a 6.7 mm body. Coolpad is also preparing a similar wide phone, as we reported, priced at 999 yuan (about $140), and Oppo is reportedly working on a wide-screen Reno model. The wide-screen format, until now limited to premium devices, looks set to spread.
