The Rise of Emerging Hubs and French Decline

While Italy accelerates, Germany also saw its AI experts grow by 65%, exceeding 17,000 units, and the Netherlands marked a jump of 87%. Amsterdam, in particular, now holds one of the highest per capita concentrations of AI researchers globally, trailing only San Francisco and Seattle. Conversely, France, which was considered Europe's AI hub in 2024, is losing competitiveness.
