Casio is bringing the G-Steel GST-W1000 series to Europe, the premium line of G-Shock watches with a stainless steel case and sapphire crystal. Casio's European website lists the three models with a November 2026 release window, but direct purchases are not yet available. According to the prices listed for Spain, the black GST-W1000D-1A and green GST-W1000D-3A cost 779 euros (about $870) each, while the blue GST-W1000AD-2A, with a black ion-plated bezel, costs 799 euros (about $892). Sales are expected through the G-Shock online store and selected retailers.
The series is already on sale in some Asian markets. In Hong Kong, on Casio's authorised online flagship store, the black and green models are listed at HK$6,680 (about 750 euros), while the blue one costs HK$6,880 (about 782 euros). In Taiwan, Casio has announced a late-October release with prices from NT$22,000 to NT$23,500, roughly 600 to 642 euros.

The main technical feature is the Tough MVT.2 movement, announced in September. The system automatically corrects the hands' positions after impacts and detects strong magnetic fields to prevent misalignment. The watch also supports Tough Solar charging, Bluetooth connection with a smartphone and Multi Band 6 radio timekeeping. The dial is protected by sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating.
The steel case uses a four-part bezel with different finishes and concealed mounting screws. Each model measures 50 × 45.5 × 13.2 mm and weighs 138 grams, with 200-metre water resistance and LED illumination.

The launch fits Casio's effort to refresh its rugged range with more refined models. In the same months the company also launched grunge Baby-G models for the US market and updated the G-Steel line.
For buyers in Europe, the indicated window is November. Until then, availability remains limited to Asian markets and to pre-orders where offered.
