AI agents and automation
- Pal-AI-Lab/Coopanion (TypeScript, 479 stars): a small desktop companion that lives on the bottom edge of the screen, chats through text bubbles, listens to voice and, with user consent, can click, type and switch windows. It supports many model providers and stores what it knows about the user in a versioned PARTNER.md file.
- Tongyi-MAI/OpenGCUA (HTML, 329 stars): an open source stack for generalist computer-use agents that combine code execution, GUI interaction and cross-device control. The release includes an OSWorld integration, a preliminary macOS harness and a cross-device SDK.
- cranebeaker/coop-anything (C, 687 stars): playbooks and an MCP server that guide an AI agent in turning a single-player game into a cooperative one, through reverse engineering, fixing abandoned mods and bot testing.
Developer and creative tools
- EL4CTEO/blender-skills (Python, 316 stars): 22 skills for coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Copilot and Cursor, covering the full 3D pipeline in Blender 5.2 LTS, from modelling to export. Every script was tested in a real Blender installation.
- kanaworksai-hue/audio-studio-mcp (Python, 338 stars): an MCP server that generates background music, instrumental loops and sound effects locally with Stable Audio 3, on Apple Silicon via MLX or on NVIDIA GPUs via PyTorch, with no cloud and no API keys.
- justrach/nanoui (Zig, 367 stars): a desktop app toolkit in Zig with a native GPU-drawn interface, flexbox layout and, on macOS, Metal rendering with a single draw call per frame.
- TonF1917/claude-desktop-multiple-windows-different-api (PowerShell, 351 stars): lets you open several Claude Desktop windows at once, each connected to a different API, so you can use the official subscription and third-party APIs side by side.
Games and console ports
- bc160201983/Uncharted-The-Nathan-Drake-Collection-PC-port (C++, 332 stars): a Windows port that runs the x86-64 code of the PS4 version of Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection directly, with a Vulkan renderer. You need your own copy of the game, which is not included.
- Awakenchan/LanternEngine (C#, 692 stars): a launcher and engine that runs your own copy of Bloodborne on Windows, with the game code running natively on the CPU and graphics translated to Vulkan. It requires a decrypted 1.09 dump, which is not included.
- Apolinario-coder/SkyRecomp (C, 320 stars): statically recompiles The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD from AArch64 code to native C for Windows, Linux and macOS, with no emulation or dynamic interpretation.
- c22dev/mush8 (Rust, 446 stars): ports Mario Kart 8 Deluxe to iOS and macOS as a native binary, running the game's arm64 code as it is. The game requires its own system files and legitimate dumps.
- seedds/nxnative (C, 896 stars): converts Nintendo Switch NSP folders into an unsigned IPA to install via sideload, running the game code directly on the Apple chip without emulation. The project is not affiliated with Nintendo.
- domsvoboda/xodus-nexus (TypeScript, 577 stars): an Xbox-style desktop launcher for Linux, built on Xodus, to browse the Store, install Microsoft Store games and play them with a shared runtime. Independent and unofficial project.
Systems and compatibility
- harkhowalia-1/MacSubsystemForAndroid (Swift, 336 stars): runs Android apps on Apple silicon Macs, with each app in its own window and Dock icon, using Apple's Hypervisor framework and a LineageOS-based system without Google services. The project is in pre-release.
