With Grand Theft Auto 6 just a few weeks away, most players won't have time for much else. Those looking for something to try in the meantime will find three free games on PlayStation Plus in November, available to all subscribers across every tier: Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered (PS5, PS4), Dead Island 2 (PS5, PS4) and Monster Train 2 (PS5 only).

The games can be added permanently to your PlayStation library from November 3. Once added, they stay installable and playable as long as your Essential, Extra or Premium subscription is active. They can only be claimed until November 30, after which a new batch of games, not yet announced, takes over.

Tomb Raider IV-VI, completing the saga

The collection is the most interesting pick for fans. Players who claimed the first remastered trilogy earlier in 2026 can now complete the classic six-game Lara Croft set, as Gameshub notes. The bundle brings the three episodes that follow the first trilogy, remastered and built for players who want to revisit the 1990s and early 2000s adventures with updated graphics.

Dead Island 2 and Monster Train 2

Dead Island 2 is the survival horror action game in which you face an outbreak of undead in Los Angeles, a title that took nine years to make. Monster Train 2 is the more surprising pick: the sequel to the 2020 deckbuilding roguelike, where you fight turn-based 2D battles using cards. Monsters invade your train cars and if they get past the third level, the run is lost, adding a tower-defense element to the strategy. The train itself moves from node to node across the map. According to Kotaku's take, the sequel isn't as well liked as the original, but it offers more depth and room to experiment, and describes it as a blend of Slay the Spire and SteamWorld Heist.

October's freebies still available
