Xiaomi has confirmed that the 18 Pro series will reach international markets in November. Lu Weibing wrote on X that the lineup is "going global this November" and asked fans which market they are most excited about. It is a change from last year, when only the standard Xiaomi 17 went abroad while the Pro versions stayed exclusive to China.
The 18 Pro series launched in China on September 23 with dual 200-megapixel Leica cameras, secondary rear displays and Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 chips. In China the Pro uses the standard chip with a 7,000mAh battery, while the Pro Max steps up to the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 with an 8,500mAh cell.
European versions differ in their specs. The Italian retailer Epto has listed the 18 Pro with a 6,000mAh battery and 90W charging, against 7,000mAh and 100W in China. The Pro Max drops to 7,050mAh, still with 100W charging. The 18 Pro is listed from 1,398.90 euros, and Pro Max listings range from 1,783.90 to 1,849 euros. These are unofficial retailer prices, not yet confirmed by Xiaomi.
In India, Xiaomi had already teased the 18 Pro as coming soon in September. Reports suggest only the 18 Pro will launch there, and the Pro Max may be skipped.
Xiaomi has not yet announced country-by-country dates or official prices. The global rollout comes as other Chinese brands expand abroad too, as with the vivo X500 Pro Max, which is also heading to Europe with its price already circulating.
